The purpose of these meetings is to provide chelonian-specific training, share solutions, and facilitate the exchange of ideas, field observations, and new directions from a variety of perspectives.

- Overview of the recent regional diamondback terrapin die-offs - Russell Burke (Hofstra University)
- Radiographs: Seeing beyond the shell - Dr. Danielle Tarbert (Cornell Wildlife Center)
- Pain management - Dr. Zachary Whitman (Valley Cottage Animal Hospital)
- Wetlands Institute's conservation interventions to mitigate the loss of adult diamondback terrapin females - Patrick Baker (Research Scientist)
