Turtle not eating

Have had this guy for about 3 years now. This year he stopped eating, been a couple months and he hasn't been burrying himself anrymore. Not exactly sure what else going on with him. Any ideas as to what might be up?

Could you give us a run down on what your setup is like? Temps, size, lights, substrates, ect.., What normally do you feed? Anything different this year then last other then behavior?

Sometimes my little three toed box turtle refuses to eat the same food he used to love. I would try n give them some new foods, live food like a juicy earthworm always entices him.
