Hi all I'm new to this site so I hope I'm posting in the correct place.
My sulcata eggs have started to hatch and looking in the first egg I noticed 2 babies they are still in the shell and very small
does any one have any ideas what I should do I am so stressed as I want to do the correct thing but have no clue what to do

Are they still hooked to each other?

They are still in the shell The first I can see but its on top of the other so all I can see is one leg both are alive but the 1st looks very small

the first one is about 2 inches and the smaller one cant be any bigger than 1 inch and they are both joined by the sack

Take a look at this thread. I posted it a few weeks ago. It was for twin hingebacks but the plan would be the same for sulcatas, or any tortoise for that matter...

the largest one seems to have the sack and the smaller one is just sharing
he doesnt have a full sack,
but I will try and tie them and see what happens
