I recently moved to a new house where my box turtle Junie Moon has all day exposure at a large window to daylight.

Her shell has been looking a bit dull and I was wondering if I should be worried.

Her appetite is good. I give her wet canned food, which she gobbles up.

I give her a bath everyday and she seems to enjoy them.

I Am now in the country and have very hard water and so I am bathing her in distilled water.

She is more active here at her new home than she was before.

All that said, I'm still worried something may be wrong. In particular, I don't like the dull shell.

Any opinions out there?

So she has only two legs? Has that caused extra wear and tear to the plastron?
The plastron appears to be okay. She has been to a veterinarian, but not for a while. When i first got her she had a damaged cloaca which has since healed but still gets dirty because of her dragging herself across the strata.
