Picture attached, is not that great, sorry. Photobucket would not let me upload the close ups.
On to my opinion. It's great for little ones. I am caring for two small, 2 inch 6 month old leopards. I have fed it dry and wet. It's just the right size for them. When dry, it crumbles to a powder when crushed. No worries they can't eat it and these two are. The pieces are way to small to bother with for larger torts. They probably wouldn't even taste it.
I would recommend it though for smaller torts.
As for larger torts, I would recommend dehydrating your own in larger pieces.
The small pieces rehydrate well. Not sure though how large pieces would do.
I will be looking into dehydrating my own for bulk cactus buying.
If anyone tries to do their own in larger pieces, please let us know how well it works out. I'm not sure how soon I will get to it
