Used tort table

I am going to see about buying what looks like a nicely made tort table. It is painted on the inside with acrylics. Is this a safe surface?
Also, what is a safe, but effective sanitizer for me to clean it prior to putting my own in?

I almost bought that table in torrington but I'm unsure how to answer your question. I don't know the answer. I wasnt sure either. I ended up using tubs and kiddie pools and making a multi room habitat for mine.
