Nemy, my african spurred tortoise, had a very swollen nicitating membrane starting yesterday. Today, his eye is COMPLETELY covered and blinded by this inflammation. I have tortoise eye drops on hand to give him, but I'm very concerned- it looks terrible. Do I need to find a tortoise vet asap? Here's an image.. and one of his other healthy eye..
