Other than calcium is there any other supliments i should give to my baby Russian?

Hello!
No, with a good, varied diet and proper setup, calcium is all he 'needs'.
(Unless he's sick, but hopefully you don't have to worry about that!)
Are you dusting his food? Don't use too much, they'll sniff it out. Once a week is fine. You don't even have to dust if you leave out a cuttlebone

Many owners use a supplement like Mazuri which is rich in fibre and has a good calcium/phosphorous/d3 balance.
If your tortoises diet is mixed and good it should not strictly be necessary, but many torts love it.
Some don't.

For babies, I add a couple drops of liquid bird vitamins to their soaking water about 3 times a week. I soak them daily, though.

For my Russians, I sprinkle a little of the TNT supplement on their leaves about once a week. The way I do it is to take a salt or pepper shaker, add a mix of TNT and calcium to the empty and clean shaker, then just a light sprinkle one a week. Just enough so that you can barely see it on the leaves.
