ok so i have heard alot about vitashell... i am wondering how often i should use it on my russian tortoise. he is pretty small only like 4 1/2 inches. let me know thank you!

I wouldn't use it =/ It's more harmful then good.

Maybe never. Most keepers don't use it, or anything else for that matter. I've never used it before, but I've got an "experiment" running with it right now. So far, so good. Here's the thread:
