Vivarium for my greek spur thigh.

Hi everyone! Wonder if you can help me, i am thinking about getting a viv for my tort this year as i am over wintering him. He is in a tortoise table type enclosure at the moment, but im in the uk & our winters are cold so im worried about maintaining a stable temperature and think he would be better off in a viv for the cold months to come! Can anyone give me advice? Also what night lights i need? He has a basking lamp & a uva light at the moment. Thanks[SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
