I would like to adopt a Russian tortoise around a year or so old. I have another tortoise a Sulcata. I know they can't be kept together, so we are building a 4x8 tortoise table for the Russian. If you have one please pm me. Thank you

Is a 4x8 tort table big enough for a Russian? I know they like to dig, How deep should the substrate be?

4x8 is big enough for an adult Russian. Substrate should be at least as deep as the tortoise is long, so for an Adult male Russian, at least 6 inches, for an adult Female, at least 8, as with the size of the enclosure more is better.
