Wart?

Hello everyone! Usain Bolt has had this wart looking thing for a few months, I've been monitoring the size and it growing for sure. Can someone tell me if this is a wart and what I can do? He's otherwise healthy, eats well and poops well too. Pics aren't great but I hope they help.

It's a growth of some kind.

I've never seen a wart on a tortoise. It is likely an abscess. I'd take him to a vet for diagnosis and treatment.

Hello everyone, after this post I took Bolt to the vet and it was an abscess. We drained it and for two weeks he was on antibiotics and cleaning it. The abscess is gone but he's been so dumpy since then. Not his usual active self. He eats and poops but doesn't roam around as he used to. He lives outside and nothing has changed in his setup. Any ideas? I've soaked him a few times and nothing.... Thanks.
