watery eyes question

i assume its the weather, but both my russians have watery eyes in the morning, but after the sun comes out they dry up...

Is it the sacramento cold? They are outside...should i bring them in at night?

My 5 yr old foster is very active, my new adoptie is very large and mature guessing in the 15 or 20's.

How cold is it in Sacramento? How often do you soak them?

Well at night it gets down to the 50's but the day time its up to the 80's..
Soak, well they both had a soak last week.
I am not soaking that often cause its not very dry outside and the am has all the dew.

I dont want to over do it for them...there is a water bowl out side with them, they tend to crawl there every now and again.
