Watery stool

Hi friends I am again here with new question.Today my baby torts stool was loose.Means he usually poops in water dish which is firm.Yesterdayvas a change in his diet i added radish and carrot leaves.He usually has lady finger cucumber carrot and hibiscus flower and leaves and timothy hay powder.Could these leaves pose a reason for loose stool?Please reply.
