I sent them two pictures, one they identified in 24 hours. They other took them 4 days to tell me they didn't know what it was.

All that I have sent them from my place they got figured out in 24-48 hrs. When I sent them 4 pictures for a friend in Indonesia, they were 50% getting 2.
Tech support has mentioned they will be expanding the human search group to speed up the reply process.

Ken: I just downloaded it yesterday but haven't had a chance to use it yet...I took a bunch of pictures of wildflowers on a Fallbrook cleared Chapparrel hillside and wanted to see if they could ID them, but then I synced my phone and the pics aren't on it anymore doh
