Hi everybody, what are these weeds? Would they grow out of control?
The one with the jagged leaf will have this type of flowers:

You've got two different ones in the first pic.

The big one in the middle of the first pic is good tortoise food. I'm not sure about the other one with the serrated leaves. Is it a type of nettle?

The small ones are the same as the one in the second photo. It's very common in Malaysia.

The flowering one looks like a common weed in the Ageratum and Eupatorium group. Not toxic, but not usually eaten either.

Found some wild ones. The non serrated one should be dandelion.
The serrated one also looks similar.
