It is Purslane. I believe it is toxic. Check TortoiseTable.com

Not toxic, just high levels of oxalic. It's nutritious so a little bit here or there is ok

It is purslane, it is not toxic. It is fairly high in oxalic acid so should be fed sparingly.
Oxalic acid is known to bind with calcium to prevent absorbtion in human studies. No such studies have been done with tortoises so while it's not really known if it may have the same effect it's always good to play it safe.
