Hi all, can anyone help me out by identifying this weed and whether it is safe for my tortoise to eat it or not. Any help much appreciated thanks

I don't know what your plant is. I thought it might be related to shephard's purse because of the flower stalk, but I looked on my favorite weed site and now I don't think so. I couldn't find it on the site either. You're welcome to give it a try:
