This is a weed growing by a dead stump in my backyard. It has little yellow flowers that sprout out too. Also is it safe for my Greek?

I believe that is oxalis. Do not feed. See if others confirm.

I think I found it google searching. Yellow Woodsorrel. Anyone know if that is edible?

Yep. Oxalis. The little yellow trumpet shaped flowers give it away. Your tortoise is not going to drop dead from one bite, but its very high in oxalates and should not be fed. Try to pull it out by the root and be ready to continually remove it from that spot for years to come.
