I'm not sure what that is, but it looks fuzzy! I would stay away from fuzzy weeds and other fuzzy plants in general because they can cause itching and irritation in many animals

if those are flower buds let them bloom, it might be easier to identify? i do know that particular plant won't be blooming but i meant if you have others in your yard! just making sure you didn't think i was crazy! LOL
