Weird Behavior

Hi, I've had a red footed tort for about 2 years, I think she has anxiety, or something. When I see her in her tank she's fine, but when I get like "too close" I guess, she starts to breathe harder ? and her head starts the bob subtly up and down. She also does then when I pick up, and place her a nother areas, she usually stops after a couple minutes.
I think she's fine and a little scared, was just wondering if there's like a term for this.

I think it means she’s excited. You are the food god.

That's just your tort smelling. She associates you with food so whenever you come close or put her in a new territory she's smelling the air.
