The left is pseudemys rubriventris or chrysemys picta sp. more pictures would be helpful. But I think it is chrysemys picta belli.
The right one could be pseudemys concinna or floridana where are you from?

The left looks like a painted turtle, I think the head is too colorful for a cooter.

I agree, the left looks like a coastal plain cooter, but the shell is very light??

What is a cooter? Pseudemys? Do you see the shape of the head? This shape is typical for pseudemys.
