What is this and can Raphy eat it?

I have these little purple flowers all over my yard this year, they weren't here last year. Raphy wants to eat them all lol what are they and are they ok for her to eat? Any help appreciated thanks!

Do you have a picture of the rest of the plant? It looks like the flower of creeping charlie/glechoma hederacea but without the leaves, thats only a guess. If it is, it is not safe to feed.

It doesn't appear to have any leaves, but does grow close to these 'curly' leaves, can't tell if they're attached at the root or not?

The leaves actually look more like wild violet to me. It should be safe to feed, but Id feel better getting another members opinion before offering it.

I think its some sort of wild violet, and they are edible, however, to be on the safe side, take a sample of the plant, leaves and flower, to a nursery and get their opinion as to what it is.

Yes those are violet leaves. I have been feeding them to my tortoises for past two years. They really like them.

She was on them like crack today I kep having to move her until I figured out if she could have them lol glad she can!!
