However when I used picture this I’m leaning towards tilia mongolica which does not generate a result on the tortoise table. Any guesses on what it is and if it’s edible?

Well, I still got nothing but tilia mongolica is a tree, if that helps. Not sure if it starts out looking like a tree or a big shrub, though.

Can you tell if the dead flowers looked anything like this?

I looked again ( I pass this bush/vine twice a day. Not sure if the flowers are from the vine or bush. First pass I thought yes....pre coffee not sure. I’ll try better pics tomorrow

No definitely not. I’ll take a better pic today. I’d be so excited if this were grape lol. That would mean I’m already growing mulberry, rose of Sharon, and grape leaves lol.
