Hi gave my tortoise a warm soak and this was pass out. Long filmy white and there wasn't any poo tough.

Sometimes you see mucous like this when a tortoise has a load of flagellates. They can be de-wormed with Flagyl, but get it and the dosage from a qualified vet so you don't make your tortoise sick.

It might just be urates.
