What is ths? Is it edible?

Hi just wondering if any of these things are edible. I have a big section of weeds in my yard. Would be awesome if they were all edible!

The first one has alot of spikes along the center part of it. I took a close up of it so you can see.

The third is 3 different ones next to each other but then close ups of each


Any help would be great.. I know I have mallow and dandelions hopefully I have some more good stuff.

All of them are edible except the lacy-looking one with the yellow flower.

Even the pokey ones along the spine of the leafs? How do I prepare it? Take the pokers off? Or will it not bother my Russian?
