It looks like a baby Greek tortoise - Testudo graeca, but let's send a shout-out to @HermanniChris just to be sure.

Do baby greek tortoise need special care ? I used to have russian but it was 5 years old. I have no experience about baby tortoise ( Greek tortoise ) . Is there any particulare things that I need to know for baby tortoise ?

Yes, it seems to be a Greek tort; looks a lot like mine though mine is not a baby.

Probably Testudo Greaca Ibera, but they are too young to be 100% sure.

It's a Greek, most likely T. g. marrokensis but hard to tell right now.
