What's this gecko?

I found a gecko the other day.. I just happen to think his skin is beautiful. Of course I didn't keep him, he belongs in the wild, but when I found him he had mud up his nose and in his eyes. I just kept him for a day to clear up his face, and then I set him free again.
Anyway.. what is this gecko known as? He lives in Arizona.

All the ones I find do. I think I found him just as he finished shedding.
