Also, that shed...When it gets cold, you might want to install something like a big "doggy" door opening on the bottom of that full sized door to keep out more drafts.

Door is open all the time, but the opening is covered with vinyl strips. It just looks open because the camera is pointing through a dark space and into the bright sun.
Dudley is about 25 years old. I got him as a rescue when he weighed 35lbs, and didn't know his age. He now weighs 110lbs. He's about stopped growing.
The floor is cement with rubber horse stall mats over it. I've since moved the pig blanket off the wall and onto the floor. For the coldest winter nights I turn on a 250 watt red brooder light that is hanging from the ceiling at about 5' from the floor. It keeps the temperature inside in the upper 70's even on the coldest 20F degree night.
