Where to find a breeder (Florida)

Does anyone know where i can find someone who sells red foot tortoises, or hermans and russians? I cant find any breeders except redfoot ranch. Im looking for a young adult which i think is 6 inches or more. If the breeder or shop is from florida then even better. (im trying to stay away from petsmart petco pet supermarket and snakes at susnset because ive heard bad things)
