Maybe it's just my torts with the scentless poop?? What color are your torts turds?

Maybe, or I'm just really bad with smells. I smell EVERYTHING even if it's far away. I'm a big baby.

Protein = stinky poop. Compare cats poop to say a cow. Much different! I mean yes cow poop does smell (then again maybe cows aren't the greatest example since they eat grains too) But carnivore poo always smells revolting because of the proteins and left over unused dead-stuff in there, torts just poop out grass left overs (minus ones that eat protein that's different)
Nank's poo is pretty aweful sometimes, but that's because he will ONLY use the water as a toilet (how polite...) so the water sludge for a day or 2 can get kinda ripe... but like if you stuck your nose in a bag of dead greens kinda way. My cousins Russian pooped right under hi heat lamp one day and when she came home it had the cooked poo effect and had stunk op her room through the day, still not like cat poo though (eww I have my desk right near the litter box and often need to evacuate after he goes )

My tortoise Shelly (the one in my profile pic) burries her poop in her beddings. Its easier to clean out cause she poops under her log. So I don't have a stinky cage! yay

Also just a question. For anyone who wants to awnser if you take a Russian tortoise up a mountain what would it do? Cause I live in texas. Ebola might spread to where I live and I'm going up a mountain if it does. Help plz.

Hmm, well I heard right now it ISN'T airborne, but I don't think there would be much difference. Have a little outdoor yard as big as you can, plant some seeds, so on. Depending on high up you're looking at, it might a bit colder, so he would have to stay inside more...=bigger indoor area.
