Today I saw white crystal like spots on the back of my baby slider turtles. Is this something to worry? The boys are active, all the time, they play, eat, I never seen them resting. What can cause these spots and how do I get rid of it?

Hard to tell from a picture. Looks like mold. Can you scratch it off with your nail?

Does he have a landing dock under the light where he can climb out and bask?

Yes they have this transparent Baskin area. But these boys do not rest there in my presence they prefer to remain outside. I will scratch and find out. Both the turtles are having these spots with similar pattern

You could also try brushing them with a clean, soft toothbrush. What is the texture like? Maybe @Markw84 can help?
The texture looks like someone peeling off the skin from custard apple. I showed the picture to nearest aquarium store he gave me calcium and told me to keep it in the tank. that calcium will eventually dissolve and will be consumed in 3 months

I took a closer picture. Any idea? I did scratch it didn't help, so I am not sure if soft toothbrush will help. Those little bastards are very aggressive they don't let me hold them for a second, they keep on resisting.

Could we see a picture of the whole setup? It looks to me like abrasion from where the turtles are hiding under something and wedging themselves under it.
This is my setup the tank has 3 options for baking, the cave and the acrylic. The light is focussed on both the basking areas.

I change water every week. But this time I partially changed the water because that white thing that you see under the wire is calcium, something that I recently bought and its slowly dissolving in the water, to give those turtles some calcium boost.
