white spot on shell?

Looks like dings to me. Are they rough-ish as though they may have been scratched or rubbed off by something in passing? Tortoises are good at getting scrapes and chips.

yes! this makes sense, he’s so clumsy always walking into things and he loves to do this thing where he walks off his rock face first into his dirt and then just lays there and falls asleep. lol. thank you! i feel better now

They are nothing to worry about, but if you get some that are bleeding there is a chance of infection.
