I found a box turtle in the parking lot next to my building. His shell seems to be in bad shape from shell rot and damage. I moved him to a shady spot nearby and gave him some earthworms. He has stayed there all day.

Is there anything I can do to help him?

If you can provide him with a nice warm water soak for 1/2hr, he would thank you. They are tough little guys but he's just coming out of winter and he might be hungry too.

Good luck
