Will the wind bother him?

Hi everyone!!
Today is gonna be hi 80's but VERY windy. Do you think it will be ok to let my turtle out?
He has several hides he can get into if he hates the wind. I just want to make sure the wind wont give him a head cold.......silly I know I just want all you experts to tell me what you think.

I am close to Columbus. It's supposed to be 85 today but chance of rain.

Oh, that explains it. It's supposed to be high 70's here, maybe close to 80. But then I live in the coldest part of the state really.

Well, atleast it will be in the 70's your way. Do you live near Lake Erie?

Yes, I'm about a mile and a half from the lake.
