This breaks my heart... I live with five Russians, four of them rescues from similar conditions.

They all lived in tiny enclosures, were fed garbage, and had light/heat setups that made me wonder at how they lived for years in those conditions... Russians are incredibly tough, but it still makes me sad and angry.

@jsheffield A little ten gallon is cruelty, but the torts are never in range of me unfortunately.

I sent an email to them. Asked that they lower their price and to not sell the aquarium with the tortoise.
