I don't think I'd want to buy a tortoise from that guy.
Small ,dry enclosures, romaine lettuce - not a great advertisement for himself.

Interesting, but seems the poor little guy really is not keeping up with it's siblings.

It was a deformity, and this tortoise did not survive unfortunately.

Yeah didn't figure it would survive, specially under his care. You could see int the video the second that Avatar moved towards the food the other sully started heading towards him. Avatar should have been housed alone and properly and he may have had a chance.
