I was at the pet store getting cuddle bones for my Leopards and saw this. Has anyone used or or familiar with it? It says Calcium Block with Cactus and vegetables. The vegetables part threw me. Lol

I think they are probably good. I put one in with my tortoise but she didn't eat it, but that didn't surprise me because she doesn't eat cuttlebone either. But I would give it a try and see if your tortoise likes it.

To be sneaky, I soak my cuutlebone so it's all mushy, and then I can easily just rub some off on greens.
It's probably just a big hunk of calcium, they sell those for rabbits and such too :D

I've only had redfoots eat the block by itself. All other types of tortoises I've had to crush it up and sprinkle it on foods they like to eat. I only use a small amount though, it seems that mine don't like the taste very much.
