Shrimp is 4 months old!

Quick stats- 4 months old, 167 grams, 3.5 inches long. He got a new hat and new fake plants in his enclosure.

Question: I have tried to keep the humidity up in his enclosure, but he still has a weird indent towards the back of his shell. Is this just the shape of sulcatas unless you have one of the sudans?

i heard Tom once say that sulcatas from the country Mali have a indent back part of there shells.

Thanks everyone! We love this little guy. @Abramsmytankturtle I like the dark colors too, but I am pretty sure it will fade out a lot once he starts spending more time outside.

Probably, Abrams is about the same age and they look a lot different. These little guys are amazing. We have 10 boxies and 2 red ear sliders but there's just something about my little Sully.

not too sure about that ,shell coloration could be from genes too
