Tortoise walking issues

Hello guys I have a star tortoise she is 3 years old I just want to know about her health n important thing is her abnormal walking style . She doesn't use her palm of foot to walk she uses the other side n pls also give review about her shell thnx guys .n do watch her foot keeping style is it normal I don't think so pls help thnx guys.

It looks like what is called splayed leg. Walking on slippery surfaces, especially as a hatchling, is one of the causes of this condition. How long has your tortoise been walking like this?

I agree with Dizisdalife. The tortoise needs to be kept on substrate, not a bare floor.

Reading the care sheets for this type of tortoise and following what they say as regards the humidity and temperatures, diet etc., is the best thing you can do apart from getting the proper kind of substrate (surface) for her. You can use natural stuff like dried or fresh grass or weeds or earth, anything that is not a smooth surface. If you have to be using newspaper on the bottom of her enclosure, you can add some flat rocks or tiles with the rough side turned up, on top of the newspaper.
