Welcome to the forum!
On the outside of his enclosure, I would tape up some paper at the bottom of the glass because they don't understand the concept of glass and will bump their heads on the side. Also, there should be a water dish in his enclosure, terra-cotta plant saucers are the best, as ones made for torts are usually drowning hazards. Good luck! :D

Ok i have a water bowl i took it out because i read that if you wet their food and keep the substrate moist they can get hydrated that way. So i bathe him in the mornings and he usually poops in the water after he drinks except for today he didnt poop but i shall put his water bowl back in thank you ☺

Your tortoise needs a minimum enclosure size of 8x4 feet. We have plenty of examples on the forum, so we could totally help you build it!
