Looking to use these for my adult Russian how do you connect them together does anyone have any pictures I could look at to give me a better idea

Living in upstate ny my adult Russian is eating mostly mazuri and store bought foods are there any sites that sell the better stuff online? I have bought some Herbal hay from Tortoise supply so that is an option as well. 2nd question can adult Russians eat mushrooms?
