Not all florescent bulbs are uvb, id say switch 2. Reptisun 10.0 are the best readily available bulbs. they need to be switched out about every 6 months because the loose effectiveness over time

I started using these bulbs earlier this year with my dragons i had kept had very good reactions, once i put them in i noticed them more active and alert. I no longer have my dragons and im using the bulb for my tort. I was never a fan of mvbs. They arent really popular in the dragon community...

lol it does.... I have polystyrene around the take to help keep the temps up a bit and also made a lid cover out of polystyrene grout and some sealant to help keep the humidity steady
