Our little Lily boy is looking for a new home [emoji17]

Hi everyone! My grandma and I rescued Lily about 5 years ago when she was 2 years old. Her current dad was going into the Army and could no longer care for her. Lily is very sweet and we love him a lot, unfortunately we’re running out of room and I’m going to college soon... Does anyone know of...

Are these types of grasses okay? (oat and wheat)

Hi!- My grandma bought our Sulcata tortoise a chia pet grass grower. It has oat and wheat grass seeds. I know that MOST grasses are okay for tortoises to eat but I just want to make sure that it is safe. I will do ANYTHING to make sure our Lily doesn't have any expensive vet bills! Thank you...

    Humidity?

Hi everybody!- In Lily's cage it is hard to get humidity. So everyday after my shower there is a bunch of humidity in the bathroom. I put her in her cage and set it on the bathroom counter. Is that okay or is it bad from them for some reason? Thank you!

    Sleeping

Lily has been sleeping 7:30pm-6:45am. Is that too long? I usually get up in the summer about 7:30. She is always up basking:) But in the Winter I will be getting up at 6:30am or earlier and she is never up. How many hours should a Sulcata get a night or does it matter? Thank you...

    Our little Lily

I was finally able to upload pictures of our Lily! She is three. She is just over a pound. She is the prettiest thing in the world! She has quite an appetite. She is super healthy! The first 2-2 1/2 years weren't very good. The guy we got her from just had a little area for her on the ground in...

    Dandelions?

Hi everybody!- Lily can't resist dandelions. I usually put 1-2 dandelions in her morning salad (she now eats two salads with weeds and a whole bunch of good stuff:)) So what is in dandelions that is so good? Am I feeding her too much of it or not enough?? Thanks! ~lll

    What could we do?

My Sulcata Lily is a little over a pound. We don't know exactly how old she is. She is somewhere between 2 and a half or three yrs old. Me and my grandma have been her care takers for 3 and a half months. Well, since Mothers Day. I don't think she is small for her age. Pyramiding has started but...

Gross/funny (I guess Lily had a full bladder!)

Well, I thought Lily was probably bored being in her habitat almost all day, so I got her out and we just stared at each other for a few seconds and I thought she might like to go around the house. So I was holding her and walking around the house and just having alot of fun. I thought it was...

Silly Question (computer screen & eyesight)

Hi everybody- My grandma was sitting in front of the computer and was holding my Sulcata Lily. Lily was very fascinated by the current technology :) I was wondering, is it okay for her to look at the screen or will it mess with her vision? The last thing I want is her not to see very good...
