Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! It's been awhile since I've posted. Is there anyone one here that lives in or near Utah with Aldabras? I love these guys and would love to own 2 someday. Would love to see pictures! Thanks
I've noticed my sulcata has a little cut on his leg. It looks like its where his shell rubs against his leg as he turn around in his enclosure. Is there any medicine I should put on it ?
Anyone on here that has a sulcata that lives in utah? Going to start to build an outdoor area for mine and i would love to see your setup in person if i could?
Right now i have a 1 year old sulcata that i obviously have indoors in a high humid area for him/her. I'm just wondering when he gets big enough to be outside, how do i keep the humidity levels high in his enclosure? I live in utah so it gets dry here.
Thanks
Quick question. Is it ok if i feed my yearling sulcata some 100% pumpkin from a can? I heard somewhere people feed them this but just want to make sure. Thanks
My sulcata will be a year old this month and he weighs 92g. Just making sure that is normal weight for these guys? He looks good and he eats good. I soak him everyday and keep his humidity around 80. What do you guys think?
I've heard different things about feeding my yearling sulcata Zeus. Some people say feed them 2 or 3 times per week for slow and steady growth. Others say have food for them everyday. Just want to hear your thoughts.
I have a yearling sulcata i bought our family 3 weeks ago. Im thinking about getting another one. If i do how long can they live together until i have to separate them in their own enclosure?
I am thinking about getting an aldabra in like a year or so. I just got a sulcata yearling a few weeks ago and know what its going to take to raise him. Just wondering how big of a difference a aldabra will be? Don't get me wrong i realize the size difference and all. I live in utah and i guess...
