Any tips on starting my 30lb sulcata on hay ?

My sulcata is around 3 years and is 20 to 25 pounds. Is he good to start eating alfalfa and hay? And is there certain kinds I need to get ?

I've noticed my sulcata has a little cut on his leg. It looks like its where his shell rubs against his leg as he turn around in his enclosure. Is there any medicine I should put on it ?

It seems like my sulcata like to eat his own poop? Is this normal? He has plenty of food around him.

Right now i have a 1 year old sulcata that i obviously have indoors in a high humid area for him/her. I'm just wondering when he gets big enough to be outside,how do i keep the humidity levels high in his enclosure? I live in utah so it gets dry here. Thanks

My sulcata will be a year old this month and he weighs 92g. Just making sure that is normal weight for these guys? He looks good and he eats good. I soak him everyday and keep his humidity around 80. What do you guys think?
