These are about 2.5 months old. 4 more that I have are perfectly smooth. I am keeping them in a large under the bed box container at about 80 degrees and a 70 degree side. I let them outside at least every other day for some sun. Substrate is sphagnum moss that I keep wet in the morning but also has a drier area they can go to. They are eating a diverse medley of greens, papaya, and cactus.

Any thoughts?

I've noticed that a lot of baby Redfoot (I've only really ever owned Redfoot) have misshapen plastrons for a while as babies.
I see no shell rot. Just growing tortoises.
There are more experienced breeders here of Redfoot.
I'd get the temps up to 80 to 88 and have a UV lamp on them for at least 10 hours a day.
