63 degrees but sunny is this ok for tank?

Hey it is 63 but a little windy with zero clouds.
Gets warm in the sun would this be ok for tank?

You will find the sheltered hot spots in direct sun are considerably warmer than 63. I think he'll be fine as long as he has access to some sunny sheltered areas

If Tank is the name of your tortoise, then, yes. If you are asking if you can put a tank in the sun, no, especially not a glass one. It can over heat.
