Sooo today is the nicest it's been for awhile. It's nice and sunny and about 70 something degrees. One problem. It's pretty windy! Would it be alright for me to take my tortoise outside even though it's windy?

Yup...as long as its not so windy it would blow your tortoise away....
It's darn near that windy here in Chicago!

How bout it. I thought it was going to blow my neighbors badly needed repairing eves off. That's the one thing I hate about our nice winter days here in Chicago, there is usually wind and lots of it.
