A Few problems... (ants)

I got my first reptile, a Russian tortoise named biscuit yesterday. As we made an outdoor enclose, Me and my sister found an ant hill. It was black ants. I just wanted to make sure it is okay, and I'm worried he'll burrow there. Do I need to move him? Please reply or post so I know Biscuit is fine. Thanks.

Black ants are not real harmful but I would wipe them out regardless..there is a thread about wiping out ants.
