I'd house the Leopard separate from the Sulcata regardless of gender but based on personality differences and pair dynamics to name a few.

House her outdoors with a heated tort house for nights and cooler weather.
Keep her yard area well planted with grasses and weeds occasionally tossing her other good stuff to eat.
Keep a few water sources around or even a shallow pond.

How you house them will have a lot to do with your climate. Where are you?

I also strongly recommend you not house them together.

Care is similar, but more grass or grass hay in the sulcata's diet.

I too would not house them together, but general care could be identical.

There are some differences in how I would set up their enclosures though. Barriers would be stronger in the sulcata enclosure as well as bigger water and food dishes (if you use something like these items), bigger hide boxes or shade structures, etc...
